We are thrilled to announce the upcoming CLiMB Conference, taking place from April 23rd to 25th, 2025, hosted by Wollaston Lutheran Church in beautiful Quincy, MA! This year’s theme, “Leading Your Church to Maturity,” is inspired by Ephesians 4:13:

“Until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.”

We are honored to have Pastor Dawit Bokre, the Lead Pastor of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, as our keynote speaker. Pastor Bokre will share his unique insights and experiences on fostering spiritual growth and unity within the church, encouraging us to lead our congregations to deeper faith and maturity.

This year, CLiMB also celebrates 20-years-anniversary and will have the officer election, so please mark your calendars and plan to join us in Boston for this transformative event at Wollaston Lutheran Church! Stay tuned for further details about registration, accommodations, and session topics.

BTW, The prospective hotel rate is about $180 with a subsidy per night. You might need this number while you prepare your church to support this trip for you.

Introducing Pastor Dawit Bokre

Pastor Dawit Bokre serves as the Lead Pastor of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Hayward, California, a thriving multi-ethnic congregation in Northern California. Born in Eritrea, East Africa, Dawit’s journey to ministry is one of resilience, faith, and community. After losing both parents at a young age, he immigrated to the United States at age 11, navigating a new culture and language while holding fast to his faith. Through the mentorship of dedicated pastors and friends, Dawit grew into a passionate servant leader, committed to building communities and sharing the Gospel. His life is a testament to the idea that “No Leader Walks Alone,” as he continues to invest in others with the same unyielding support he received.

Today, Pastor Dawit not only leads Good Shepherd Lutheran Church but also works with LINC, guiding local church planters and missionaries through its Accelerator program. Known for his global network and heart for people, he has touched lives far and wide, from reuniting families across continents to nurturing spiritual growth in his local community. Dawit’s inspiring story of perseverance and grace reflects his belief in being “rich in people,” as he faithfully walks alongside others in their journeys, just as so many have done for him.

认识达维特·博克雷牧师
